Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can an electrician install a spa in Gatineau?

    Yes. A qualified electrician installs the complete electrical connection for your spa, including the dedicated 240V circuit, the GFCI breaker, and wiring that meets Quebec standards.

  • Do I need a permit to upgrade my electrical panel in Gatineau?

    Yes. A permit is required from the City of Gatineau and an inspection by the RBQ is necessary. We manage the permits and coordinate with the inspectors.

  • What is the difference between CanExel and vinyl?

    CanExel is more durable and more impact-resistant, with a natural wood appearance, but costs more. Vinyl is more affordable, offers a wide variety of colours, and requires little maintenance. Both are well suited to the Gatineau climate.

  • How long does a kitchen renovation take?

    It depends on the scope of the work. A complete renovation generally takes a few weeks. We provide you with a precise timeline at the estimate stage.

  • Do you offer emergency service for electrical problems?

    Yes. We offer service calls for electrical emergencies. Contact us at 819-230-1071.

  • What warranty do you offer on your work?

    We offer a 6-month labour warranty. Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Do you work with insurance companies for disaster claims?

    Yes. We coordinate with insurance companies to simplify your process during post-disaster renovations.

  • Do you serve only Gatineau?

    No. We serve Gatineau and the entire Outaouais region.
